It's everyone's favorite predatory-lending-procyonid, from everyone's favorite Twee Capitalism Simulator! (seen here channeling Riri). The success of Animal Crossing: New Horizons among Millennials and Gen Z is no surprise, since it lets us live out our fantasies of building intentional communities and someday owning property. 

The model stitch is shown stitched on 18ct aida and displayed in a 6x6" photo frame (reclaimed from a thrift store!) See images for other sizing info. The pattern was also designed to be suitable for a 6" embroidery hoop when stitched on 18ct (or 26/2 as the digital render shows)
